A clear answer
🟢 Invoice OK: safe to pay
🟠 Review: for example, missing payment terms
🔴 Don't pay yet: for example, wrong VAT or a changed IBAN
Each point is explained: what was found, what's missing and which rule applies. For example: "20% of €1,000.00 net is €200.00, but the invoice shows €180.00".

Your invoices stay with you
PDF and XML files are checked in your browser by an engine compiled to WebAssembly: they're never uploaded. Only photos and scanned PDFs, which contain no text, go through text recognition, and they aren't stored.
FAQ
Is the check really free?
Yes: the first check is free and needs no account. CheckFacture Pro (€6.99 a month or €59.99 a year) gives unlimited checks, several invoices at once, and duplicate and IBAN-change detection across all your suppliers.
Which invoices can I check?
PDF invoices, Factur-X e-invoices (PDF/A-3 with XML), UBL and CII XML files, and photos or scans of paper invoices.
Does "OK" mean the invoice is fully compliant?
CheckFacture checks what can be checked from the document: identifiers, maths, mentions, formats, consistency. It doesn't replace an accountant's advice and can't know whether the service was actually delivered.
How do I spot a fake invoice or a fake IBAN?
The most reliable sign is an IBAN that differs from the supplier's earlier invoices. CheckFacture flags it in red when you save your invoices. See also our guide to bank-detail fraud.
